Poster Competition on Climate Resilient Economies for Africa

Introduction

Climate resilient economies in Africa aim to address the challenges posed by climate change, while promoting sustainable economic development, particularly in vulnerable sectors such as agriculture, energy, and natural resources.

These economies strive to integrate strategies, policies, and practical solutions that enhance resilience in the face of climate uncertainties, variability, and extreme events. Climate resilient economies seek to preserve natural resources and ecosystems, adopt renewable energy, promote efficient resource use, and ensure adaptation measures that protect vulnerable populations.
